Ride Valle Maggia

After a short briefing and introduction to the tour, we’ll set off together towards Locarno and into the beautiful Maggia Valley in Ticino. The very first kilometers promise pure driving pleasure: winding roads, picturesque villages, and the impressive Maggia River accompany us along the way. The Maggia Valley is one of the most beautiful valleys in Ticino – crystal-clear water, imposing rock formations, and a stunning natural backdrop make every drive a special experience. Between historic stone houses, verdant chestnut forests, and spectacular mountain panoramas, Ticino reveals its unspoiled side.

After about a 45-minute drive, we turn into the fascinating Bavona Valley – a valley that seems frozen in time. The Val Bavona is one of the most pristine and wildest landscapes in Switzerland. The valley recently gained notoriety due to severe storms that vividly demonstrated the raw power of nature here. At the same time, the massive stone buildings and historic settlements tell the story of centuries of human coexistence with this unique mountain world.

Our destination is the idyllic village of Foroglio – a picture-perfect postcard scene and one of the most beautiful villages in Ticino. The historic stone houses, narrow streets, and authentic atmosphere are under special protection by the Swiss Heritage Society and still convey the original character of bygone eras. Above the village, the famous Foroglio Waterfall plunges spectacularly around 100 meters – an impressive natural spectacle and the perfect spot for memorable photos.

For a relaxing break, one of the traditional grottos in the Bavona Valley is ideal. Here, we can recharge our batteries with regional specialties and Ticino hospitality, enjoying the special atmosphere.

Ride Valle Verzasca

After a short briefing, we’ll set off together towards Locarno and make our way to one of Ticino’s most spectacular valleys – the beautiful Verzasca Valley. Even the drive there promises pure driving pleasure: winding roads, impressive mountain scenery, and breathtaking views will accompany us on this unforgettable tour.

Our first highlight awaits us right at the entrance to the valley: the famous Verzasca Dam. It gained international fame through the legendary James Bond film GoldenEye, when 007 made his spectacular bungee jump here. At an imposing 220 meters high, the dam is one of Switzerland’s most impressive structures – a perfect spot for a first photo stop.

The road continues along the turquoise Verzasca River through a landscape that seems almost unreal. The crystal-clear water, the smooth, polished rocks, and the traditional stone villages give the valley its unique character.

Another highlight awaits us in the famous village of Lavertezzo with its historic Roman bridge – the iconic double-arched stone bridge that spans the emerald-green river. This centuries-old bridge is one of the most photographed spots in Ticino and offers a truly unique backdrop. The crystal-clear water below is particularly inviting on warm days.

Our journey continues to the idyllic mountain village of Sonogno – the last village in the Verzasca Valley and a place where time seems to stand still. With its traditional stone houses, narrow lanes, and flower-adorned paths, Sonogno is one of the most beautiful and authentic villages in Ticino. Here you can feel the authentic atmosphere and the history of a region that has preserved its traditions to this day.

For a relaxing break along the way, a typical Ticino grotto is ideal – time for regional specialties, relaxation and enjoying the special atmosphere.

After a relaxing break, we make our way back towards Locarno – with unforgettable impressions, dreamlike landscapes and a true Ticino driving experience.

Ride Idemini

After a short briefing, we’ll set off together towards Tenero and drive along Lake Maggiore to Vira. Even the first few kilometers offer a true roadster feeling: Mediterranean flair, breathtaking views of the lake, and winding roads make this route a special experience.

From Vira, the ascent towards Alpe di Neggia begins – one of the most beautiful panoramic roads in the region. The road winds its way through dense forests and impressive mountain scenery, curve after curve. With every meter of elevation gained, new views open up over Lake Maggiore and the surrounding valleys. Driving pleasure and experiencing nature merge here into a perfect combination.

Our tour continues to Indemini – the last Swiss village before the Italian border. This small, charming mountain village is secluded and feels like a place from another era. Traditional houses, narrow lanes, and a tranquil atmosphere give Indemini a very special character. Far from the hustle and bustle, you can experience the authentic side of Ticino here.

A special highlight awaits us on our detour to Lago Delio. Situated high above Lake Maggiore, we enjoy a spectacular panorama here. The view stretches far across the lake to Ascona and the surrounding mountains – a perfect spot for souvenir photos and a short break to fully appreciate the view.

We then cross the border into Italy and drive leisurely down towards Lake Maggiore. The Italian side captivates with its own unique charm: small villages, Mediterranean landscapes, and magnificent lake views accompany our journey along the shore.

The journey back towards Locarno is then made relaxed via the lakeside road – with many impressions, spectacular views and the feeling of having experienced two countries and countless highlights in one day.

VIP Tour – Lago Maggiore Experience

After a short briefing, our exclusive VIP tour begins along one of Ticino’s most beautiful panoramic roads. The first few kilometers along Lake Maggiore offer a highlight: spectacular views of the famous Brissago Islands, which lie like small green oases in the shimmering lake. Mediterranean vegetation, palm trees, and the deep blue water create an ambiance almost reminiscent of the Riviera.

We follow the stunning lakeside road through Italy towards Cannero Riviera. Winding roads, charming villages, and breathtaking views accompany us along the way. A relaxing stop at a beach bar right on the water invites us to breathe deeply and enjoy the scenery – time for a drink, a coffee, or simply a moment to soak up the special atmosphere of Lake Maggiore.

Our journey then continues towards Verbania-Intra, where a very special experience awaits us: the ferry crossing. We glide slowly across Lake Maggiore, enjoying the impressive scenery of mountains, small villages, and shimmering waters. From the lake, the region reveals itself from a completely new perspective – relaxed, stylish, and simply unique.

On the other side of the lake, the route continues towards Luino. Along the way, there is the option to visit one of the idyllic little fishing villages right on the lake – places full of charm, tranquility, and authentic Italian lifestyle. We can also arrange a lunch stop here and enjoy regional specialties.

Refreshed and full of impressions, we then cruise along the beautiful lakeside road towards Vira. Mediterranean flair, the sparkling lake, and gentle curves make the return journey a relaxing end to this special tour.

Heading back towards Locarno, a day full of enjoyment, impressive landscapes and exclusive experiences comes to an end.
